Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something create_knowledge_base does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_knowledge_base itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agent4.io's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
