Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something test_skill_trigger does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls test_skill_trigger itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agent4.io's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
