Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something twitter_user_following does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls twitter_user_following itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that API Direct's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
