Add byte protocol to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something byte_subscribe does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls byte_subscribe itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that byte protocol's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
byte protocol will not start until these are set, so byte_subscribe never becomes available.
