Add Unphurl to Windsurf

    Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something remove_from_allowlist does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls remove_from_allowlist itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Unphurl's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Unphurl will not start until these are set, so remove_from_allowlist never becomes available.
