Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something receipt_verify does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls receipt_verify itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that openfang-rail's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
