Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something list_oeradio_tools does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_oeradio_tools itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that oeradio mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
