Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something remove_watch_pattern does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls remove_watch_pattern itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Recall Kitchen's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
