    Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

    Ask for something mvr_entity_resolve does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls mvr_entity_resolve itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MVR API - Minimum Viable Relationships's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
