Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something record_property_feedback does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls record_property_feedback itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Realty.Bingo's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
