Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something ag_table_markdown_extract does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls ag_table_markdown_extract itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agent guild's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
