Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something agentcheck_list_incidents does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls agentcheck_list_incidents itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agentcheck's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
