Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something agentcheck_run_now does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls agentcheck_run_now itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agentcheck's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
