Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something agentguard_set_policy does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls agentguard_set_policy itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agentguard — policy proxy for agent tool calls's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
