Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something submit_rating does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls submit_rating itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that nAIm — API Registry for Agents's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
