Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something web_search_medium does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls web_search_medium itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that search router's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
