Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something complete_wave_gate does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls complete_wave_gate itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that meridian's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
