claude mcp add --transport sse meridian https://usemeridian.us/mcp/sse-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something find_symbol_usages does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls find_symbol_usages itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that meridian's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
