Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something idle_until_session_done does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls idle_until_session_done itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that meridian's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
