Add meridian to Claude Desktop

    Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

    Ask for something request_manual_issue_screening_toggle does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls request_manual_issue_screening_toggle itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that meridian's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
