Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something changes_since does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls changes_since itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that RNCP / RS — certifications professionnelles (France compétences)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
