Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something dev_send does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls dev_send itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Arcadia Finance's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
