Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http argo-mcp https://mcp.argo.games/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something update_session does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls update_session itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that argo mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
argo mcp will not start until these are set, so update_session never becomes available.
