Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something binder_append does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls binder_append itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Cross-Rail Settlement Binder's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
