Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something istanbul_get_resource_schema does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls istanbul_get_resource_schema itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Istanbul MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
