Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something list_reviews_by_visibility does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_reviews_by_visibility itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TestGraph's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
