Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something propose_subject_reclassification does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls propose_subject_reclassification itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TestGraph's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
