breach_check is surfaced in the connector's menu once the server is linked. Unlike a tool, you invoke it deliberately — Claude.ai will not call it for you.

If it does not appear, check that data-breach-detector is connected and that you are looking at its prompts rather than its tools.
Claude on the web takes a remote URL and completes OAuth in the browser. For a packaged server use Claude Desktop or Claude Code instead. Claude.ai docs
