Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something report_outcome does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls report_outcome itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Agent Therapy's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Agent Therapy will not start until these are set, so report_outcome never becomes available.
