Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something activity_type_manage does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls activity_type_manage itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Mob (Demo)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
