Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something disaster_declarations does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls disaster_declarations itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that LiveDataLink's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
