Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something submit_physical_proof does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls submit_physical_proof itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that vealth's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
