Add MyOTP.App to Windsurf

    Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something extend_otp does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls extend_otp itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MyOTP.App's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first

MyOTP.App will not start until these are set, so extend_otp never becomes available.
