Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http myotp https://mcp.myotp.app/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something verify_otp does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls verify_otp itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MyOTP.App's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
