Add CrossFin to Windsurf

    Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something set_budget does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls set_budget itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CrossFin's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

CrossFin will not start until these are set, so set_budget never becomes available.
