Ask for something estimate_selfhosted_tco does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls estimate_selfhosted_tco itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FreeToolHub's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
