Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something plan_context_window_budget does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls plan_context_window_budget itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FreeToolHub's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
