Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something soundcloud_track does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls soundcloud_track itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that captapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

captapi will not start until these are set, so soundcloud_track never becomes available.
