Add captapi to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something threads_search_users does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls threads_search_users itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that captapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
captapi will not start until these are set, so threads_search_users never becomes available.
