Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something twitter_community does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls twitter_community itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that captapi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
captapi will not start until these are set, so twitter_community never becomes available.
