Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something calculate_brake_bias does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls calculate_brake_bias itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TuneWorks's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
