Ask for something calculate_race_fuel_and_weight does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls calculate_race_fuel_and_weight itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TuneWorks's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
