Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something convert_afr_lambda does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls convert_afr_lambda itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TuneWorks's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
