Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something delete_favorite_chart does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls delete_favorite_chart itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TuneWorks's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
