Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something run_transmission_loss does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls run_transmission_loss itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Clairwave's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
