Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something plot_scatter does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls plot_scatter itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Math MCP Learning's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
