Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something get_hidden_costs does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_hidden_costs itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ComparEdge Pricing's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
