Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something neuron_get_list_campaign does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls neuron_get_list_campaign itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that neuron's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
