Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something neuron_join_campaign does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls neuron_join_campaign itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that neuron's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
