    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something neuron_pause_ad_request does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls neuron_pause_ad_request itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that neuron's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
